Yes, absolutely. ROCKBROS owns its factories and provides OEM & ODM services, including logo customization, color customization, packaging customization, as well as structural or functional customization (depending on the product).The final customization scope will be confirmed based on the product type and technical feasibility.

MOQ varies depending on the product. For most customized items, the MOQ ranges from 500 to 2,000 pcs, for example:Bike bags: 500 pcs, Arm sleeves: 1,000 pcs. If special materials or new molds are required, the MOQ may increase accordingly. The final MOQ will be confirmed after product evaluation.

The standard customization process is as follows:

1.Customer confirms the product model

2.Customization details are confirmed (logo, color, packaging, etc.), and logo/design files are provided (AI / PDF / SVG)

3.Sample quotation and lead time are confirmed

4.Sample cost is paid, and sample production & shipment are arranged

5.Sample approved by the customer and bulk order deposit paid → mass production starts

6.Bulk production completed → factory inspection → shipment to warehouse → 100% inspection before warehousing with photos sent to customer for confirmation

7.Balance payment completed, goods shipped

Yes, customized samples are normally charged, and the sample cost depends on the product’s specific customization requirements.
Once a bulk order is placed and meets the agreed conditions, the sample cost can be refunded or deducted from the bulk order amount (subject to mutual agreement).
But the mold costs are non-refundable.

Lead time depends on the complexity of the customized product. Generally: Samples (without new molds): about 7–10 days, mass production: about 25–35 days after sample confirmation and received the deposit. The delivery schedule will be confirmed based on the actual customized order details.
